We want to address a recent issue that may have affected your experience while saving or updating eCards from Canva to CreatEcards on March 28th or 29th, 2024. During this period, you might have encountered a notification indicating a “Temporary error connecting to Wasabi.” We understand how important your invitations and eCards are, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please be aware that if you experienced this issue, your invitation/eCard will not have been correctly generated, and it should not be used.
To ensure your eCards and invitations meet our quality standards and your expectations, we recommend the following actions:
- Log into CreatEcards: Access your account to begin the update process.
- Visit Your Dashboard: Use this direct link to navigate to your designs https://createcards.io/dashboard?menu-item=Your%20Designs
- Delete Affected eCards/Invitations: If you noticed the mentioned error, please delete any eCard or invitation created during the affected dates.
- Return to Your Canva Design: Open your original design in Canva to prepare for republishing.
- Duplicate Your Design: For added clarity, consider duplicating your Canva design. Guidance on this step can be found here: How to Duplicate Designs in Canva. (see https://www.canva.com/en_au/help/duplicate-designs/)
- Republish Your Design to CreatEcards: Once you’ve made the necessary adjustments or duplications, publish your design to CreatEcards again.
