With CreatEcards, you can send beautifully formatted eCards through your own email client. Here’s a step-by-step guide to get started:

How to Send Your eCard via Email

1. Access the Email Feature

• Navigate to the Email tab in CreatEcards in the send/publish section
• Choose your preferred email provider (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook). This feature supports any client that can send Rich Text (HTML) emails.

2. Preview and Select Templates

• You’ll first see a preview of a pre-made email template for your eCard.
• Explore additional templates by clicking on the Template tab. You can also create and save your own custom templates.
• For this guide, select the Invitation template, which auto-populates with your eCard details.

3. Customize Your Email

• Click the Edit tab to modify the email content. Use formatting options to adjust text, such as making headlines larger or changing text.
• Save your customizations as a new template by naming it for future use.

4. Copy and Send Your Email

• Click Copy Email to copy the full content to your clipboard.
• Open your chosen email provider (e.g., Gmail) by clicking its icon. This will open a new browser tab with the compose window.
• Paste the email content directly into the compose window. (Note: If pasting doesn’t work, try using Chrome for better compatibility.)

5. Add Recipients and Subject Line

• Enter your guest email addresses. It’s recommended to use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) to maintain guest privacy and prevent recipients from seeing each other’s email addresses.
• Add an appropriate subject line before sending.

• Ensure your email includes essential links, such as View Invite and RSVP, for easy guest access. Guests can click on these links to see event details, locations, and RSVP.
